Australia Glass is a family owned and operated company who focus on the supply and installation of glass and Aluminium products.
OnePoint recently had the pleasure of working with Australia Glass to develop a custom cloud-based database system.
The system boasts a custom CRM to store employee and customer details, as well as a comprehensive scheduling module to organise and book upcoming events and jobs.
Australia Glass now have a streamlined process for managing the price of products and installation services thanks to the custom Jobs module. Staff can now track the progress of each job, from the quoting stage; through to project completion. The custom Invoicing module also allows the automation of invoices with each job, making life a lot easier for office staff.
The cloud-based system also boasts a sophisticated reporting module, which includes various search filters and graph widgets.
With office staff and site technicians needing access to the system, a responsive layout was designed to ensure all users experience a seamless experience whether they’re viewing on a desktop, tablet or smartphone device.
The system combines a PHP back-end with AngularJS and Bootstrap front-end to deliver a web application that can be used on all devices and anywhere there is an internet connection.
