OnePoint recently had the pleasure of launching a new website for Brisbane real estate agents Gem Property Co.

Lead by Gemma Kunst, Gem Property Co is a boutique real estate agency based in Brisbane and specialising in the Brisbane and South East Queensland property market. Gem Property Co engaged our services to design and develop and new website which could showcase available properties on the market, drive lead generation for property appraisals and also to provide valuable information and tips for those looking to get into the property market.

Our team designed a modern yet inutitive website interface with a focus on easy browsing and keeping everything simple. Unlike some other agencies which often over-clutter the screen, our aim was to streamline each page to provide the information users are looking for easily.

Being a real estate website, property listings are one of the key focus areas users head to first. We implemented an easy to use interface which includes real time filtering which allows users to filter properties to find exactly what they want. We integrated facet filtering to help users filter properties by suburb, property type (house, apartment, land), build type (new, established), features (pool, tennis court, garage, ensuite) and more.

The new mobile friendly website features an industry leading page builder to help Gem Property Co make adjustments to page content and layout and with each page search engine optimised, further tweaks can be made with the inclusion of in-build SEO tools.
